Did you mean that link from the faqs list page is resulting in a 404 error?

If so, can you send us a link to the page where you’ve added the [ultimate-faqs] shortcode?

It sounds like it could have been a browser caching issue.

Specifically, either your browser is holding onto old files or your site has a caching plugin that didn’t clear until 30-60 minutes after you applied changes.
