    Hi,

I used [Filter Product by Attribute] widget in Shop Sidebar. If I set the widget to Display Type: List then it works fine but once I set it to Dropdown, I get a error 404. I notice in the URL that it is missing index.php in the middle before /shop/.

    Thanks,

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,
    Thanks for using our theme.
Would you please check once which permalinks(Settings > Permalinks) you have set there?
And also, check once by deactivating the installed plugin once and check it.

    Thank you

    Hi,
Disabled all plug-in except for Woocommerce but still got the same report. Permalink used custom structure=”/index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/”, custom base= “product/”
