Error 404 when permalink setting %postname%

When i use this permalink setting https://medi-call.id/en/sample-post/
why my URL https://medi-call.id/en/blog always get redirected to https://medi-call.id/blog?

also when visit the blog post URL always get 404 error not found?

(FYI i installed two different wp sites both on medi-call.id and medi-call.id/en)
