    Hey guillermore18 ;
    First of all; make sure you don’t have another plugin that is doing CSS/ JS/ Html minification, because this can cause server errors.

    If that is OK, here are some questions;
    * do you have any errors in you php errorlog?
    * do you still have the server error when disabling CSS optimization (so JS & HTML on)?
    * do you still have the server error when disabling JS optimization (so CSS & HTML on)?
    * do you still have the server error when disabling HTML optimization (so JS & CSS on)?
