    The website was running normally earlier.
    The website then came up with error 500.
    Moved the wp-security-audit-log folder out of /plugins
    The site came back online
    Logged in
    Moved the folder wp-security-audit-log back into plugins
    The WP Security Audit plugin is disabled
    Updated the plugin to the latest version
    Activated the plugin and the site is working again

    We use WP Security Audit on a few sites and we’ve had the problem a number of times now.

    It is very hard to tell what might be causing an issue on a site, considering every site is different. Should it happen again please send us the system information file to [email protected] so we can start troubleshooting the issue.
