    Delete the ocean extra plugin.
    Install a fresh new copy, make sure ocean theme is up to date before getting the new copy of the plugin.

    That fixed it for me..

    Could also be a hard server limit to how many external calls are being made from the site with this plugin.. Remember it is now part of Freemius so your site information and user data is pushed to that server and they check if you have legit copies of the ocean plugins which causes the extra bandwidth .. so check if your host has a limit per session and see if they can raise it..
