    Hello!

I have created a popup for each sight for different travel locations, so when someone clicks on a specific photo it pops up the info about the sight.
The problem is that sometimes instead of loading the pages it shows the message “A critical error has occurred on this site”. When this happens, there is an “Error 500” on console but without any more info.
When I deactivate the plugin there is no error.

Any idea why is this happening?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello again!

I had it disabled till I find a fix, which I did. Apparently if there are many pop ups, even if they are configured on specific and different pages and with “On click” setting, they use to many resources and as a result the site ends up in error 500.
For example the Home Page doesnt have any pop up but I get the error there too.

So right now it is enabled again and fully working. I installed a cache plugin and experimented with the settings of it and the problem is solved for now.

    Dear @misdim,

We are happy to hear that the problem is solved now.
Yes, using too many recourses may cause the issue.
Anyway, in case of any other questions, please let us know.

    Regards,
    Popup Builder Team
