i checked all these points, my hosting is Kinsta and all’s ok. Got a lot or 500 error when editing. here’re some

All these errors are coming from spectra and i need to disable spectra and spectra pro to get things normal

I am seeing you have also opened a ticket with this issue and mentioned issue is due to this JS spectra-pro/assets/js/ forbidden. This is a known issue and our dev team is working on it. We will release an updated version of the plugin with the fix as soon as it is done.
