Error 500 caused by plugin extensions

    Hello. I’m getting an error 500 message. I already deactivate all plugins and test the site one by one.

    As far as I can tell, the problem is caused when I activate any of the plugins that work with woocommerce, like WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration, WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery Premium, Pinterest for WooCommerce, or Mailchimp for WooCommerce.

    As you can see, all the plug-ins are from different developers, so the problem must be in the woocommerce one.

    My WP version is 6.1.1 (spanish). And the woocommerce version is 7.4.1

    I’m worried ’cause I can’t make any sales since 3 days ago.

    Can you please provide further information as to how did you get the 500 error message here?

    Also, to better picture what you are referring to here, can you please share with us a clear screenshot of what you see on your end so that we could address you more effectively?

    Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    I get the error when I activate plugins related to woocommerce, like Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or payment gateways (like ePayCo and Mercado Pago).

    As soon as I deactivate them, it appears to be fine.

    I checked your site as of writing and I am not receiving the error message above.

    One way to find out what is causing the conflict here is by switching to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

    If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

    If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

    Hi Xue! I did as you suggested.

    I created a staging site: https://woocommerce-788072-3343229.cloudwaysapps.com/

    I changed the theme for Woocommerce Storefront. It worked with some plugins, but failed with others. I mean, some plugins fail only with Kadence (my original theme) and the others fail with Kadence and Storefront.

    Only failing with Kadence: ePayco Gateway WooCommerce, Mailchimp for WooCommerce, WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration.

    Failing with both themes: WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery Premium, Mercado Pago payments for WooCommerce.

    So… I’m not sure why is that. But my guess is something to do with WooCommerce. I haven’t detected any problems with plugins not related to woocommerce.

    I will activate both plugins so you can see the error in the staging URL.

    Hi @omargamboa

    Thanks for trying the solutions I suggested above.

    I understand that some plugins fail when using the default Storefront theme and the Kadence theme.

    For us to isolate if this is a theme issue, please switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled. Then, please try to activate your plugins one by one.

    Please let us know how it goes for this testing only.
