    Hey there. We were wondering why our evaluation of the frontend export first worked and gthen stopped working without touching anything. There was update 1.28 in the meantime 🙂 I have spun up a test instance on TasteWP and it behaves the same, check it out:

    https://jumpsongs.s2-tastewp.com/sample-page/ (sorry, did notice too late that this won’t work without login there)

    It’s just the automatically created admin user and I added a fictional subscriber, so don’t worry about the public nature of this. The export is just “export-users” without any parameters, clicking the resulting button returns an Error 500.

    @motivmedia,

    I have made some change to allow select more than one role to export and surely the problem is there.

    Let me check it and let you know.

    Thanks for debugging.

    @carazo Awesome and thank you. I tried to gleem more info but couldn’t invest more time. Once I saw it correlated with an update I was certain, quickly reporting it would be the best way forward. Your quick response is much appreciated! 🙂

    Solved! New version is coming. Thanks for your help.

    Awesome, the error is gone. Unfortunately exporting from the frontend gives an empty csv (bar the header line), where the same export from the backend contains data as expected. Sorry 🙁

    How are you using the shortcode? With which parameters?

    Sorry, I should have added that it doesn’t matter what parameters we use in the shortcode, if any. We intend to use some parameters eventually, but we have this happen even with the default, plain one.

    The problem were when you try to export users without using role parameter. Now it should be fixed.
