Hi – First off, I apologize for not knowing anything. I see lots of questions/responses to Error 500 posts in the forum, but I still don’t understand what I should do.

My error says, “Error 500-Internal Server Error. An error was encountered while processing your request. Typically this is a temporary condition. Please contact the web site owner for further assistance.”

I read that I should look at my server error log. I have no idea where that is or if I found it how I could read it.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!!

I’ve only been adding posts, which include pictures. What is an example of a change to my server?

Plugin update / add. Theme change etc.

Unless I accidentally did that, I don’t think I made any changes. Definitely not theme.

    My website is http://www.craftimess.com.

    Yes, you are right.

You have to gone through your error log file.

It generally located in home directory of your site. Or you may contact your host for this too.

So I am hosting through Hub and I went to cPanel and looked at my error log. It doesn’t list anything.

When I click on the option for Edit Error Pages is says:

    Editing 500.shtml (Internal server error)
You are editing the error pages for the domain craftimess.com.

Select Tags to Insert: choices are
    referring URL
    visitors IP addres
    requested URL
    server name
    visitor’s browser
    redirect status code

I’m obviously very confused. Thanks in advance for your help and patience.

For that we have to login to the server to check the issue.
