it never gets that far, when I click the link it gives the error
Hum sounds strange, and looks like a conflict. Do you have the opportunity to disable plugins or switch theme?

I can disable plugins, but we can not switch themes. Is there a way to find out what is conflicting with the plugin?

Thanks, it does help a bit. There’s not any automatic way to check conflice. Does your chrome console return something? What is the theme you are using, is it public?
