Error 500 on deactivation

    Hi. I am trying to remove WP Super Cache, but get a 500 error when trying to deactivate the plugin. I have already turned caching off. This is the error:

    PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 180 seconds exceeded in /www/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache-phase2.php on line 2119

    Any ideas? I already upped the max execution time from 30 seconds, which did nothing. Thanks in advance!
