    Please can you try to sync the users by selecting different roles of user at different times (i.e. One role sync at a time) and then sync?

    If the issue still persists please create a support ticket with us through your account or email us at [email protected] referring to this conversation and confirming the number of contacts you are trying to sync and we will investigate further.
