  • I have the same issue with 8.02. After update the plugin generate huge number of database request. Approximately 30k cpm. Could you help me to solve this problem?

    Many thanks

same problem, I contacted support I reported the following:

This is a general issue with your site, you need to use a plugin, edit wp-config.php, php.ini or .htaccess to increase your sites memory limit. 132mb is quite low for a modern site, we suggest you increase that, that would also solve this issue.

Increased to 256 mb. without result. As soon as I activate the plugin, the site stops working normally …

    Hi everyone

Thank you for getting in touch, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

This is an issue with our Pro add-on, which we don’t support in this forum. This forum is explicitly for support with the plugin itself.

This issue relates to our Pro add-on duplicating data when the map is saved. This can be solved by either rolling back the plugin to 7.11.* or by applying the latest Pro add-on update.

If you need help removing the duplicated data, whether or not you have a backup to restore to, please can you open a support ticket.

    Kind regards
