If that doesn’t help, rename your plugins folder to plugins-old, and make a new folder and name it: plugins
see if your website works. If It does > first thing, head to your admin panel and go to plugins section you will get a message that all plugins are desactivated > at this moment start moving all folders inside /plugins-old/ to /plugins/ folder > refresh your admin page and activate the plugins one by one until you figure out the one that is causing the issue

I’ve done several processes.
1. plugins change to another folder and was migrating. It did not work out .
2. change the subject , but this two-day run today and the problem returned .
3. folders wordpress download to my pc and detects different viruses me , but I’ll delete my cpanel and not let me.

My download folder wp to my desk and I run the antivirus and several php virus detected in some folders , that I can do to remove them.
delete files just like that or I do another procedure.
Good Job! Follow this method to make a fresh install in few secs without losing anything.
-Rename wp-admin to wp-admin-old ; wp-includes to wp-includes-old
-Download the latest wordpress and upload the new folders: wp-admin and wp-includes
-Now remove *-old folders you earlier renamed.
-In your server/ftp, Inside wp-content folder, There are only two folders you need to back up or download them to your pc: uploads & themes.
-Those folders you downloaded to your pc scan them and if you found malware do not remove the actual files, but look for javascript/php codes injected. Sometimes you may find a file that is entirely malware code, just remove the entire file in that case.
-After this cleaning is done, remove all folders and files inside wp-content, and upload themes and uploads folders back to your ftp.
-If you find other malware codes in wp-config.php or wp-login.php <– root files, again just look for the malware code and remove and done.
I analyzed my site and according to the plugins no virus.
I’ve done everything they told me and I think I have my clean room .
but even still it being slow, one minute late charge plus I usually also receive the same error 500 on occasion .

Good to hear that! I see that your website is running under an IIS server (microsoft windows). I do not have much expertise in IIS server; However linux server like, ubuntu, debian, centos etc. are very wordpress friendly and much more faster and secure.
If you would like to stick with windows servers, you could google your issue, or find windows server forums and ask them.
