Hi,

I just tried to migrate my website and created the archive and installer. When I run the installer and click test database I get an error 500 message and the console says “No resource with given URL found”. It looks like it can’t connect to the database and yet I have check the db credentials and that all seems ok. My DB is MariaDB. Would that causes a problem? Does it have to be MySql?

Ok. It looks like I need to purchase support. Is that correct? It asks me for purchase details. If I purchase the plugin do I get support or is that different?
