Is there a limit to how many FAQ widgets I can have on one page? I am unable to save this page in Elementor without devious methods of using revisions etc. I get a 500 error, unless I remove one of the FAQ widget after which it saves. I have tested this on other pages by slowly adding FAQ widgets until the page doesn’t save.

In the wp-admin page edit section, I get the error 413 Request Entity Too Large if I try and Update the page there.

NOTE: I have built large Elementor websites using copy/paste methods WITHOUT any Helpie FAQs and I was unable to replicate the error. However, after adding only one Helpie widget to that large page the error 500 appeared when saving in Elementor. This seems to rule out any server specific memory issues.

Many thanks for any support. I’ve been really enjoying this plugin until today!

I also found that limiting the FAQ’s to 6 solves the problem. That’s not going to work on this scenario but at least I can keep building on this page for now.

And now I simultaneously have another issue. The Add FAQ button (for user submission) is showing on all my FAQ widgets even though I have User Submission disabled in Settings. Can’t get them to go away. I wonder if it happened after the last plugin update.

    Hi There,

First of all, I want to apologize for the issues you are facing. This does not happen usually and I understand how frustrating this would have been.

Honestly, I am not sure under what condition this has happened to you as we have never received this from any other users yet nor I am able to reproduce this (both of your issues) in our local.

Can you please check whether this is a conflict with any of your theme or plugin? If not, can you please give me your website details and temporary admin access to your site so that I could check this down and fix it straightaway for you? Please provide us your details by creating a ticket at pauple.freshdesk.com

Again, I’m sorry you have to go through this! I look forward to providing a much better experience in the coming days.

    Kind Regards.

Thank-you for the reply, I have submitted a support ticket.

I did not understand the User Submission setting and got that figured out now. For some reason Show Submission turned to ON on all my FAQs, possibly after a plugin update.

So we’re only dealing with a 500 error when saving in Elementor now.
