Error 500 when saving pages

Whenever I save my page I get error 500.
Tested excluding layout parts, deactivating plugins, increasing memory and memory limit, reinstalling again, activating safe mode… the issue only persists when I try to save/publish a page. i’m currently waiting for the installation of the SSL, to see if the problem persists…the debug.log returns this https://pastebin.com/S7tsXHR9
