I had the 2.8.4 version and all was right.
I installed the last update 2.8.5 and now I obtain an ERROR 500. When I disable the your plugin, all is right. When I activate it I obtain ERROR 500.

what’s wrong with the 2.8.5 version ?

The only difference between versions 2.8.4 and 2.8.5 is that I changed the code to create tables when the plugin first gets installed to be able to support network installations. This should not have affected your site in any way if you already had the plugin installed before.
