ERROR 500 WITH FILE UPLOAD

    When i uploaded a file through file away…..it does come up with error 500.

    Server Error

    500 – Internal server error.
    There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.
    ————————————————————————————

    what should i do to get this resolved.

    I assume you mean when you try to download the file?

    You have stats or encryption enabled?

    Do you have a link to the page?

    Any other information?

    Your shortcode?

    I have donload Statistics disabled, but could not see anything on encryption

    Looks like a permissions error. That would be a server-side issue.
