    Good morning
    using the Calendar Moder plugin the site sometimes returns a 503 error.
    From the logs we were able to trace the error
    Details of the error
    ====================
    An E_COMPILE_ERROR error was caused in line 48 of the
    /var/www/vhosts/quec.net/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/common/vendor/freemius/require.php
    file. Error message: require_once (): Failed opening required
    ‘/var/www/vhosts/quec.net/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/common/vendor/freemius/includes/class-fs-options
    .php ‘(include_path =’.: / opt / plesk / php / 7.4 / share / pear ‘)

    Can you tell us why? Thank you

    Hi @giangiluca, apologies for the delay here. Appreciate you providing the error logs here. This is helpful.

    Could you try reinstalling the plugin and see if that makes a difference? I suspect that it was not installed properly and not given the correct file permission, making the file not readable.

    To be safe please test it out on a staging site. Let us know how it goes.

    Best,
    Abz
