have you checked the php error log and stderr log ?
503 usually means the PHP is crashed , the log should show something

i got that error message. what should i do? is it something to do with my server config?

no , this shouldn’t lead to 503 error , must be something else
anyway , this seems more like server side issue , please create a ticket: https://store.litespeedtech.com/store/submitticket.php for our server staffs to check further.
Hi, i tried changing the PHP version for a brief moment to flush the opcache and it works. I mean, is that it or i need to do something again based on the error log that i received from before?

this is plugin support forum , so my knowledge to server-side stuff is kind of limited, that’s why I’d ask you create ticket for our server staff to check furhter.
