Sorry for the late reply.
As this is a timeout error, it looks like your server’s time limit is set too low.
First solution would be to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase the PHP time limit.
If that’s not possible, here are a couple of things we could try:
1. Please try to set “PHP time limit” option value in “WooCommerce > Settings > Product XML Feeds > General > Advanced Options” to e.g. 1200 seconds.
2. If that doesn’t help – please try to set “Block size for products query” option value (again in plugin’s “Advanced Options” settings section) to e.g. 5000. This should require a bit more memory from your server, but should decrease needed time, so this could help.

Ok, we’ve just released new plugin v1.6.0. There I’ve changed the behaviour of “PHP time limit” option, so hopefully it will help now. Could you please update the plugin and then (in plugin’s “Advanced Options” settings section) set “Block size for products query” option to 256 and “PHP time limit” option to 180.
Please let me know if that makes any difference.

In case if my previous suggestion didn’t help – we’ve released new plugin version 1.7.1 a couple of days ago, where I’ve added new “Offset products” and “Total products” options to each feed’s settings (in “WooCommerce > Settings > Product XML Feeds > XML Feed #1 > Products Filtering Options”). Could you please try temporarily set “Total products” option to some lower value, e.g. 1000, so we would know that your server can handle this product amount at least.
