Error "0"

Hi guys

The plugin looks great and is easy to connect to cleverreach and customize. I use the widget in my sidebar. However in my case it displays always the error “0” if you want to sign up. It doesn’t matter if you fill out all the fields or just a few, I get always the error message “0”.
What is wrong?
