Is this MU ? The plugin is unfortunately not yet ready for MU, only on standard WP.
Is it’s not MU, then try to install any other plugin, because it seems a more global connection error.

And also sorry for misunderstanding the ‘Forums’, as I thought you meant ‘forum’ as part of the breadcrumb.
So you mean the title of the page I suppose. You probably just used the standard generated page. The best way is to create an empty page, change the permalink to /forums (or whatever your standard page is), change the title of that page to what you want and use the [bbp-forum-archive] shortcut

thank you for your response, and yes its MU, thank you for making me understand that. 🙂 your first thought is the right one, its a button a Forums button that will let you navigate inside the forum., i want to change every Forums button word in my website. button in group forums and in personal profile forums button. i hope its possible, 🙂

For MU, that will be for v1.0.7 or 1.0.8, but it’s on the list.
To add images here, no, seems not supported. You will have to save them somewhere else and just add the link here.
And for the ‘Forum’, I responded already on bbpress.org to you. That has nothing to see with this plugin 🙂
