Strange Error

Hello.

I have a strange problem.

On the home page, the plug-in reads unusually.
Settings are not updated.
When I click “save preferences” pops up “We could not verify the security token. Please try again.”
“I agree” does not work.

However, as soon as I enter the subpage everything is as I set it.

I even removed the plug. However, the notification has not disappeared despite the lack of a plugin.

Can I count on help?
