    Can you try making one change in the code?

    Navigate to /wp-content/plugins/commons-in-a-box/admin/plugins-loader.php.

    Then find:

    http://github.com/boonebgorges/buddypress-docs-wiki/archive/1.0.zip

    and replace with:

    https://github.com/boonebgorges/buddypress-docs-wiki/archive/1.0.zip

    If that doesn’t work, are you able to install the CBOX theme without that error?
