This is not a known issue with this plugin & no one reported this issue out of 3000+ active site admins. To test your case I added the same field What do you feel is your biggest obstacle to hitting your monthly revenue goal? on this website and it is working very well. No error.
It may be an issue with the active theme or another plugin. I will help you to reach the actual cause. Can you please share url of the web page where you are having this issue.

It shows an error when I try to update it after creating a new ad or an error page when I try that as a default question.
Thats wierd. Well I have at least 20 questions I need to put up. Plus I just tried again on my phone and its not working. It goes straight to an error page.
