    Hi,

    Each time I reply to a review and tick “Publish a copy of your reply to CusRev portal”, I receive the following error: “Reply could not be published to CusRev portal. Error 999 (Unknown error).” Why is this happening, and how can I fix it?

    Thank you for reporting this issue! Could you let us know what is the domain of the shop from which you are trying to post a reply?

    I have submitted a support ticket via your helpdesk, where you will be able to see the domain of the website affected by this issue. Hopefully this will help you identify the cause of the Error 999.
