Error: A contact cannot be added without lists.

    We have a subscribe form in our site footer, but when it gets filled out, it give an error when the page reloads: “A contact cannot be added without lists.” We have 3 lists and they show up in the CC plugin admin area and they are checked. Here is the error from the activity log:

    I forgot to mention, there is also a PHP error:
