I will try to have a deeper look but I could not reproduce the problem on both our test sites 🙁
Could you try to:
– deactivate all other plugins (apart from Customer Area)
– Change the permalink structure to reset them
– Check if it works.
If it works, that means we either have a conflict with another plugin OR the permalink structure /%postname%/ is not accepted.
– Try to set the permalink structure back to /%postname%/
– Check if it works.
If it works, that means there is a conflict with another plugin. Try to activate them one by one and see if it works each time. When it stops working that means the last plugin you activated is causing a conflict. Let me know.
If it does not work, try other permalink structures, maybe /%postname% without the trailing ‘/’.
