Thanks for reaching out @haim96, and appreciate the insights into the site move. Given you’re unable to reset the plugin from your old site, which sounds like it had an active connection, please follow the steps below:

    1. Visit your site settings (Settings > General).
    2. Change your site address (URL) and WordPress address (URL) from https://voodooplay.com/ to https://www.voodooplay.com/
    3. Press the save button.
    4. Attempt Site Kit setup once more after logging back into your site.

If all works as expected, we can then try to revert back, using the same approach as the above, but this time removing the www prefix.

Let me know how you get on with the above. Should you encounter any issues, we can perform some additional checks. To do so, please share your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.

    Hi,

    thanks for the fast replay.
i made the requested changes and still got the error so I opened the “site health” menu and tried to reset the site kit from there and that helped!

    thanks again!

Glad to hear that a plugin reset worked for you, and appreciate the update @haim96. Out of curiosity, did you perform a plugin reset after changing your site by adding a www prefix?

Good to know, appreciate the update @haim96. If you run into any further errors or if you have any Site Kit related queries, be sure to get in touch.

If you have a moment free please also consider leaving a review given it sounds like you’ve been a Site Kit user on the old site.

    Best of luck.
