    Hi, I need some support to solve an important isseu at AdRotate (3.16.3) in an urgent manner.

    When I try to add a new advert (and I need to do so for a customer) in the preview there is the following message:

    Error, no Ad ID set! Check your syntax!

    How cau this be solved quickly?

    Sounds like a database issue, after updating did you click the big “finish update” button in your dashboard?

    I’m having the same issue. I’ve updated to the latest version of AdRotate (Version 4.2) and Clicked the Finish Update button.

    Seemed redundant but I optimized and cleaned up database before and after upgrade.

    I’m using the free edition but plan on upgrading. Is there an upgrade path from duo to developer?
