Error adding a website

Hi,

Kindly i was trying to add my website but i got the below error,I’m not sure if in the pas i have added the same account to CleanTalk before.

2019-06-17 06:19:24: Error occured while automatically gettings access key. Error: SERVER_ERROR NO: 5 MSG: An account connected to site already exists. Please restore access to the account https://cleantalk.org/my/reset_password
