First off let me say how much I love this plugin! It’s great and it will come in extremely handy. I truly appreciate your hard work

My Issue is derived when I try and apply the signature (from the signature addon) to the pdf.

the email I received contains a blank pdf file and the txt with the following error

Error generating PDF: Failed to convert input image file to PDF: convert: unable to open image `/tmp/magick-22285zUUx7GI9MFJw’: No such file or directory @ error/blob.c/OpenBlob/2712.
convert: unable to open file `/tmp/magick-22285zUUx7GI9MFJw’: No such file or directory @ error/constitute.c/ReadImage/540.
    convert: no images defined `/tmp/from_image_355d34fe5d85543f0145c07cc702215d.pdf’ @ error/convert.c/ConvertImageCommand/3210. at pdf-ninja.php:741

I ran it a few times. I have tested it with different images and url and they all work fine. it just happens when I attempt to add the signature from the form to the pdf.

any help would be greatly appreciated

It would be helpful to replicate the problem. What plugin are you using for the signature field on your form? Would you mind providing a URL to an example signature file for testing purposes?

Are you using the Pdf.Ninja API or something else as your PDF forms integration service?

    Of course.

Contact Form 7 Signature Addon is the plugin.

the error msg comes in the form of a txt file in the email it sends out with the PDF

    Yes, I’m using Pdf.Ninja API

I cannot reproduce your issue. It works perfectly in my environment. Most likely, there is some sort of plugin conflict or hosting environment issues. I can take a look at your WP installation if you don’t mind sending me your wp-admin login to admin at maximum dot software.

Note for other users: the problem was with the signature plugin not working properly in Windows hosting environment.
