• I am trying to get Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-On (API version) to link a form to my company’s Salesfoce account. Every time I send a test submission through, I get the following error message emailed to me:

“There was an error when attempting to add Entry #xxx from the form “xxxxxxxxx””

Needless to say, nothing is showing up in Salesforce and I have no indication of what kind of error it is, where it is cropping up, or how to stop it.

    Any help is appreciated.

One other thing: Both Gravity Forms and the Salesfoce API plugin are the latest versions.

BUMP…. I would also like an answer to this, thanks!

Check the Debug checkbox and send me the output to [email protected]

Hi Zack, I am having the same problem and will send you my output email as well.

For what it’s worth; I was able to diagnose the problem by viewing an entry I knew failed (Forms > Entires > Entry (View). And at the bottom of the entry in the Notes section is saw the following error “Errors when adding to Salesforce: A valid 2-letter upper case state code is required.”

    The fix was pretty self-explanatory.
