Error after activating new theme

    I installed a new theme today and when I clicked it to activate it, I get a blank page with this at the top after clicking “View Site”:

    <html xmlns=”http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml&#8221;

    Any idea why and how I can fix? Thanks.

    Guess the theme doesn’t work.

    Is it for the version of wordpress that you’re using?

    Have you contacted the theme designer?

    Did you try reverting back to the previous theme?
