Error after activation in version 2.3.4

    After activation wc site shows the error “Notice: Uninitialized string offset: 0 in ../wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-geo-ip.php on line 1386” in the last line of “Fatal error: GeoIP API: Error traversing database – perhaps it is corrupt? in ../wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-geo-ip.php on line 1401”

    • wp 4.1.1 wc 2.3.4
    • In config Debug true
    • Administration panel works
