Version Bpost Plugin: 1.0.19
I’ve configured everything in the admin panel on Bpost’s website.
I can tell it’s linked to the WordPress website because delivery fees are displayed correctly etc. The last step of the checkout procedure seems to be giving this error.

It is somehow linked to the SHM backend configuration.

Hello, here is the root cause of the issue and how to fix it.
Cause: you have to define a valid default sender address in the SHM backend.
In your case following data is missing: city, street, nr.
Solution: go into SHM backend and fill in missing info.
