Hi,
Concerning the spams, well received, thanks. But concerning the error message after clicking on the confirmation link, it has been fixed without any actions. I didn’t do anything and my latest test worked fine. How it can be possible?
This could have been related to a cache issue on your end.

Do you think this kind of problem might be appear again because of my cache or it was unique because of my cache and log out from my admin account then log in via test user account?
Because if the problem appears again I cannot monitor it because I cannot test new register thousand times to check.
It is very challenging to determine why an issue will happen. Only when something happens one can investigate. There are many factors involved that can cause a problem in a site. For example: The server gets updated, a plugin or the theme is updated and causes an issue with our plugin etc. I think you get what I am trying to say.
Just keep an eye open and if something happens again, please create a new support thread here. Also can you enable debug mode for now. If an issue happens again, check the log files and report back.
