Let me think on it in meanwhile can you make sure your ISP is not blocking outgoing connection to stripe or your Server is able to connect to stripe , check on stripe dashboard if any logs regarding successful tokens are there or not communicate to server guys and ask them if server/hosting blocking outgoing connections

In short replacing in wp-includes/certificates/ca-bundle.crt from here https://raw.githubusercontent.com/bagder/ca-bundle/e9175fec5d0c4d42de24ed6d84a06d504d5e5a09/ca-bundle.crt helps to fix it

    Thanks

Yes, tons of good transactions, subscription, all was good in test mode http/. Also, the failed connections are logged into Stripe. So there is connection, right? But no charges. Strange enough, woocoomerce allows such failed transactions to become real listing in my site. All in test mode.
I have shifted to real mode, and the same problem persists.
thank you so much for your help. I am working on it.

    Sorry.
To whom it may concern in the future… something wrong with a user. Maybe a coincidence. All the other users (test users) are fine.

Can you help us know was it fixed and if so how was it fixed ?

In my case, those silly things… We have a user that we test our things.
Move computers, clear cache, etc., and still using the same user. As soon as stopped using that user, that for some reason was working and stopped working, things came back to normal. So I can use any other of my test users, except my main user, which is also the admin in my case.
So I did not fix it. If I shift to admin user to test site, it does not go thru.
No problem with other users. I deleted the user at Stripe, created a one, changed the email… still does not work. But just admin user. All the others are good, and asked someone else to testc as well. Good.
