After updating Ele Custom Skin to version 1.2.3, Elementor to 2.6.8 and Elementor Pro to 2.6.5 today, I’ve got the error message: “Ele Custom Skin needs Elementor and Elementor Pro to work. Make sure you have them both installed.”

All three are active.

Any clues?

I know it sounds like a programers joke but try uninstall ECS and install it again. Maybe the order of the installation is at fault.

No. Didn’t work. Tried to deactivate all other plugins before activate Elementor, Elementor Pro and thanh ECS. No difference…

It’s a MultiSite, but did work in 1.2.2 (or prior).
Is there any way to download a older version for me to test?

Because it is a multisite could be the issue here. I’ll check it out and come with an update.
