    Hello @doywil,

    Thanks for using our plugin.

Please send us a copy of your “debug.log”, so we can locate the source of the issue and solve it in an upcoming update.

Also please note that Youzify is tested up to PHP 7.2

If you can downgrade to that version that would be good, till we release compatibility with higher PHP version 🙂

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

I checked the documentation before updating PHP. It said Recommend PHP.7.4 and minimum 7.2

    Thanks, @doywil for your reply.

Oh Sorry! can you guide me on where we wrote this so we can fix it.

As the official PHP version we are supporting now is PHP 7.2 As it’s written here in CodeCanyon:

    https://codecanyon.net/item/youzer-new-wordpress-user-profiles-era/19716647

By the way, is the problem resolved when you downgraded to the 7.2 version?

    Thank you

Just one question more. On a multisite network, should I NETWORK ACTIVATE youzify?

Or just the custom code enough?

    Hello @doywil,

    Thanks for your reply!

Actually, it depends on your needs, if you want Youzify options to be applied on all subsites you can make it network 🙂

In case you want each subsite to have a different configuration then it’s not recommended to go with the network option.

    Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.
