I recently was considering using Ecwid and installed the plug-in. After a short time, for various reasons, I decided not to use it again and go back to Woocommerce. After deactivating the plug-in and deleting it I seem to be left with a header intact but the site displays this:
    Store
    [ecwid widgets=”productbrowser” default_category_id=”0″]
My pages that were there before are still intact in my dashboard so I know I didn’t lose everything…I’m just not sure how to redirect it or restore it back it’s functioning state before the installation. Now when typing website domain on browser, it lands on web blog page as the web home page. Kindly assist.

The web I need help with is: https://www.wellnwell.co.za

Hi there! This is Ecwid by Lightspeed. Thanks for your message, and sorry for a delayed reply. Hope you’re doing well.

As far as I see, you still see a part of the Ecwid shortcode on one of your website pages.
To fix it, in your WordPress Admin go ‘Pages’ section and open a page where your Ecwid store was added, then remove the current shortcode for an Ecwid store.
If you still see the shortcode on your site, please, send us a link to this page, and we’ll check it further.

When it comes to the second part of your message, as far as I understand, you’re referring to the navigation menu, right?
If so, here I found some instructions for you on this topic – https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-add-navigation-menu-in-wordpress-beginners-guide/

Hi there! This is Ecwid by Lightspeed team. Thanks for the reply!

I’ve checked the page you sent: https://wellnwell.co.za/?page_id=670&et_fb=1&PageSpeed=off (I assume that this is the page where your Ecwid store have been) and as I see, now, there is no store there now. Screenshot: https://ecwid.d.pr/i/DaMmrp.

Currently, you have only the “Store” title in the Navigation menu. I’ve looked into your website’s source code and found a piece of code that needs to be removed. Here’s it:

    <li id="menu-item-671" class="menu-item menu-item-type-ecwid_menu_item menu-item-object-ecwid-store-with-categories menu-item-671"><a>Store</a></li>

Once you remove it, this title will be gone from the navigation menu.

Please, refer to this article to edit the source code of your WordPress website: https://www.wp-bridge.com/editing-the-source-code-of-wordpress-step-by-step-instructions-2/.

    Hope this helps!
