error after todays update

I use the plugin Ultimate Social Icons Free.
Worked flawless till todays update.
When you hoover the mouse over the icons (linkedIn, Twitter and Instagram), you see the link https://www.specificfeeds.com/mdworkz1. And it does not redirect to those sites anymore. When someone used to click on the icon, he would be redirected to my instagram for example. That does not work anymore.

In some options in the backend, I see this error now:

We noticed that your site returns a cURL error («Error: CURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received »). This means that it cannot send a notification to SpecificFeeds.com when a new post is published. Therefore this email-feature doesn’t work. Don’t know if it’s related but never seen this before.

Again, before the update, it worked flawless.
