    Hi,
I’ve just updated from 3.13 to 3.15 and I got a fatal error
On the Metaslider page I got this error:
“Error fetching list of slideshows: Nessun percorso fornisce una corrispondenza tra l’URL e le modalità di richiesta”

    Why?
My slideshow was working prior update. It is still working on the website, but I cannot edit it anymore.

    Please, help me
    Kind Regards
    Stefano from Italy

  • Hi @sviciani

Is your admin in a sub directory separate from your website? Like https://admin.example.com ?

That might mean your Home Url and Site Url in the General Settings are not configured correctly.

Well, I’m hot the person who made the website…
In General Setting , my wordpress address and Site address are the same
    Anyway, it was working before…..

Where and what should I check?

    Hi @sviciani

What URL do you login to, and what URL is your website?

If they are different, then the two settings being the same is an issue.

    My website is http://www.alberticollezioni.it

    Hi,

The general settings isnt the issue then.

I don’t see the MetaSlider routes being registered correctly, which indicates something is breaking that process. Do you have something specifically manipulating REST routes?

This page should show the metaslider/v1 route endpoints

The best option is to disable other plugins for a moment, then reload the MetaSlider settings page. If it works then, enable plugins one by one until the conflicting plugin presents itself.

    Can’t I go back to 3.13 version?

Of course. There are plugins that can help you revert back to an older version, otherwise you can download the plugin directly from here (at the bottom):

    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/ml-slider/advanced/

That said, you have an underlying issue that could break other functionality later on. If you want to continue debugging to resolve the issue, let me know.

Hi, sorry for the delay, I’ve had a little family issue….
For the moment I want to get back to 3.13 because we are about to renew the whole website with a newer version of WordPress
I was just trying to speed up the website by updating some plugins.
I swear I will not update anymore 😉

    I’ve just downloaded the 3.13.1
How can I install it over the 3.15?

    Hi,

You can delete the current plugin without worry. We don’t remove anything from the database when you delete the plugin.

I’ll mark this as resolved but feel free to reply.

    It works back

    Thank you very very much.

Maybe it was my WordPress version too old…. (4.5.20 updated automatically)

That’s why we need to update the whole website…..
