Error after update

Hello,

I just updated the plugin to the latest version 5.142.2 and get the below error on the plugin admin screen:
2020-08-01 11:07:38: Error occurred while updating SpamFireWall local base. Error: ERROR_ALLOW_URL_FOPEN_DISABLED

We have uninstalled using Complete deactivation & reinstalled plugin and i still get this error.
