Can you please confirm if you are seeing the error in the Classic Editor, in the “Visual” mode? Does this work if you switch to the “Code” mode?

Yes we have error in Classic Editor, if we switch to Block Editor then it work. Yes and if I switch back from Block Editor to Classic Editor it works.
While the workaround I have provided works for you, can you please tell me what plugins you have active on your site, and which theme you are using? I am unable to replicate the issue at my end, so I am trying to establish what is causing the error.

I have custom theme on Underscores Bootstrap4. To edit post we use clasic editor. We use a lot of plugins. Maybe in your plugin are logging what I can turn on and send you log ?

One small comment, all work in classic view except last step insert in post. I need to copy shortcode manualy, it not insert it after key pressing.
