    Hi there,

I have run into an issue where after updating Connections, I now get an error when trying to load the WP-Admin page. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Renaming the Connection folder in plugins allows the wp-admin page to load again without issue. I renamed the folder, and installed a brand new install of Connections and found the same issue.

Any ideas what could be causing this issue?

Apologies for the delay in my reply!!!

I’m not sure what could possibly cause such an issue. It’s the first time I’ve ever had an issue like this reported.

My first suggestion is to test for a plugin conflict check. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Connections. Does the issue still exist?

If yes, do you happen to recall from which version you upgraded? Can you check your web host’s PHP error log? You’ll have to contact your web host support team if you do not know where to find the error log file. For anything to be logged, you might have to enable WordPress debugging. Here’s a link on how to do this:

I hope this helps; please let me know.
